Ownership at Teháma means preferred access to some of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s most treasured hotel experiences: Mission Ranch Inn and The Homestead. While the popular Mission Ranch Restaurant doesn’t take reservations, Teháma owners will always be accommodated. And, if guest boarding is needed, both Mission Ranch Inn and The Homestead are at their disposal.
In the early 2000’s, Clint Eastwood purchased The Homestead and later renovated and remodeled it. Made up of several cottage-like buildings separated by winding stone pathways, The Homestead exudes quintessential Carmel charm and enjoys coveted proximity—just minutes on foot—to downtown Carmel.
The historic Mission Ranch Inn was also touched by Clint Eastwood’s thoughtful vision; once standing as one of the first dairies in California, the rich history of this 1800’s ranch was preserved and restored by Eastwood. The Inn now consists of 31 hotel rooms located within ten buildings on the property. At the Mission Ranch Restaurant, dine over views of sheep grazing in the meadow and sway to spirited, live piano music at the Piano Bar.
